The OSS Foundation was created in 2013 as a public service organization. Our goals are to increase community participation in stamp collecting by:

1. Developing and conducting philatelic and general interest, philatelic-related study groups
2. Increasing community awareness of philatelic resources by holding open houses and participating in local community events.
3. Supporting activities of OSS as the Society celebrates its 100^th Anniversary in 2016.

The Foundation’s activities are funded by both cash and in-kind donations of stamps, collections, and philatelic materials and supplies.

Legally separate from OSS and NPL, the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization, Your donations will be acknowledged and may be tax deductible. You can also support us by visiting our sales table before club meetings (7-8 p.m., 2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays and at Collectors’ Corner on 4^th Saturday of each month except December at the OSS Clubhouse).
