The OSS Foundation was created in 2013 as a public service organization. Our goals are to increase community participation in stamp collecting by:
- Developing and conducting philatelic and general interest, philatelic-related study groups
- Increasing community awareness of philatelic resources by holding open houses and participating in local community events.
- Supporting activities of OSS as the Society celebrates its 100th Anniversary in 2016.
The Foundation’s activities are funded by both cash and in-kind donations of stamps, collections, and philatelic materials and supplies.
Legally separate from OSS and NPL, the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt charitable organization, Your donations will be acknowledged and may be tax deductible. You can also support us by visiting our sales table before club meetings (7-8 p.m., 2nd and 4th Tuesdays and at Collectors’ Corner on 4th Saturday of each month except December at the OSS Clubhouse).
